Mary and Babe Christmas Card

 Good Morning!

Here we are again, today I am sharing a Christmas card made with the Artbooking cartridge.  The background overlay was cut at 5- 1/2" using the real dial button.

The inspiration for this card came from the new Close To My Heart Christmas gift guide.

You can find the Mary and Babe stamp set on page 8 (#C1562, $13.95) which contains 6 stamps.

This is a beautiful set that immediately caught my attention and I knew I had to buy it.

I hope you continue to have a great week.

Merry Christmas Tag Wreath

Good Monday morning!

This weekend I was able to work on this bright and cheery Christmas wreath to hang on my front door.

Using the Tags. Bags, Boxes and More cartridge I cut 15 4-inch tags with kraft paper and then decorated them with another 15 tags cut with the Merry Christmas stack by DCWV.

Using the Artbooking cartridge I cut the saying Merry Christmas with the Holiday Slab V by Provo Craft.

Twine was wrapped on each tag and then were hot-glued onto a 10-inch styro foam white circle.  This was not a hard project to make.  Hope you're inspired to make one yourself.

Sassy Girl

Welcome!

I love these pictures of my granddaughter.  She demonstrates such self-confidence and I admire her for being like that.  She's one "Sassy Girl."

To create this layout I used the Artbooking cartridge sold by Close To My Heart.  The overlays on this cartridge are fantastic.  The title is also from this cart to which I added some bling.

These pictures were taken on our cruise to the Bahamas which I'm still trying to finish scrapping.

I decided to frame this page and I gave it to my granddaughter which made her happy.

B-O-O Mini Album-Part II

Happy Ghostly Wednesday!

Today I'm sharing the rest of my Halloween mini album which I really enjoyed making.

The photo mat corners were cropped with the Martha Stewart spider web punch.

Here's another spider web mat.

The cute pumpkin brads are by Recollections.

The last page also opens up into an accordion photo mat.

Thanks for visiting.

B-O-O !!

Good Monday Morning!

Hope everyone had a great weekend.  I had a great time creating this Halloween mini banner album.

I cut the banner shape at 6-inches with the Art Philosophy cartridge sold by Close To My Heart.

The Halloween and Fall paper stack by DCWV was used to decorate five banner shapes.

I created an accordion fold to place 5 photos on this page.

Made a few pretty medallions to add to this mini.

On this page, the waterfall photo mats allow you to place 6 pictures to the album.  This is only half of the album.  I will post the second half in a few days.  Hope you liked this mini and will come back to view the rest.

We're All Mad Here

Good Morning friends!

Today I have a layout that has taken me over three years to finish.  I bought the paper that long ago and put it away.  Cleaning out my craft room I accidentally found the paper and chipboard embellishments.

Alice in Wonderland has always been a favorite.  Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the paper line.

Hopefully, I can find more hidden treasures that I've misplaced in my craft room.

Continue to have a blessed day.

Hexagon Punches

Hello friends!

Recently I bought some new craft toys I had been eyeing.  They were the hexagon punches by Fiskars.  That is what I used to make these cards.

These punches make it quick and easy to create all kinds of cards.

I made two Halloween and one Christmas card in a very short time.  The other thing I like about these punches is that I can use my paper scraps.

The large punch cuts at 2-inches and the smaller one at
1 1/2- inches.  They have an ergonomic handle which is great.

The possibilities to create with these punches is the reason I decided to invest in them.

Elf On The Shelf

Welcome, I hope your weekend was wonderful.

I feel blessed to be posting another layout today.  A few weeks go I found the Elf Magic paper by Bo Bunny at the Crafting Place here in Las Vegas.  I love this paperline. The letters for the title were cut with the Artbooking cartridge by Close To My Heart.

I knew I wanted to cut a Christmas tree for this layout but after checking my cartridges I didn't like any of them. Then I found the Trim the Tree cart and found this awesome tree.  I decorated it with lots of red rhinestones and a small snowflake.

The snowflakes are cut with the Martha Stewart punch and then I added Diamond Stickles.  The blue photo mat was also cut with the Artbooking cart.

Please let me know if you liked this layout and thanks for visiting.

Halloween--Happy Haunting!

Happy Friday bloggers!

Halloween is getting closer and today I have a 2-page layout to celebrate this holiday.

I used designer paper from the Halloween and Fall stack by DCWV.  I love the purple and black combination.  The black stickers are by Recollections.  The title was cut with the Artbooking cartridge by Close To My Heart.

The spider web and spiders are stickers by Jolee's Boutique.

Both the Distress Doily and Fancy Flourishes dies are by Tim Holtz.  I added black tulle and rhinestones to the photo mats.  Also used Martha Stewart's spider web punch.

That's my project for today, I hope you enjoyed it.
