Best Friends

Hi everyone, I hope you're having a good day.

This past weekend I attended the Creating Keepsakes Scrapbooking Expo at the South Pointe Hotel here in
Las Vegas.  I was accompanied by my good friend Lisa.  I bought the paper and embellishments for this layout at the Expo.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Lisa and the Expo was great too.  I found alot of new products to buy.

The roses are handmade using the small scallop circle punch.  I posted a tutorial on how to make these flowers on January, 18, 2011.  Just search for the Scalloped Circle flower tutorial.

Supplies used:

Once Upon A Princess cartridge
Roses in Harmony paper pack by Hot Off The Press
Music and Roses 3-D Papier Tole die cuts by HOTP
Real Red card stock by Stampin' Up
Little Leaves Sizzlet die by Stampin' Up
Scallop Circle punch by Stampin' Up

Thank you for visiting and I invited you to come back soon.

And here's  happy Momma with the Graduate.

Melissa Cooper

Drum roll please ..........

and the winner is ...

Oh, my granddaughter Natie picked the paper that had

MEMORIES

Welcome!

This past weekend I went to a crop at Scrappin' Time and I finished this layout kit that I bought from Teri Schoeni.

Of course I altered the kit slightly.  I changed the background card stock to turquoise and added a beautiful butterfly.

On this page I made the bottom white flowers and cut the picture frame from the Fancy Frames cartridge.

You can visit Teri at www.hearttohomescrapbook.etsy.com

I will post the winner of the Graphic 45 DSP on Friday.  There's still time to post a comment.

Ladies Diary Mini Album

Good Morning friends!

I had a wonderful weekend and part of the reason for that was finding this beautiful Victorian paper by Graphic 45.  It is called Ladies Diary and as soon as I saw it I knew I wanted to make a mini album.

I hope you enjoyed viewing the pages to my mini.  I found the paper at Scrappin'  Time here in Las Vegas.  If you have any questions, please leave me a comment.

Come back soon and have a blessed day.

Communique Mini Album

Happy Friday!

This is the third and final project using Graphic 45's Communique collection.  I made a 6 x 6 mini album.

I tried to use up the rest of this paper stack, but I still have a few more sheets.  I am going to give away the last 7 sheets along with some tags.  If you leave me a comment, I will pick a winner next Friday.

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed weekend.

BRIANNA

These last few days have been flying by so quickly and I haven't had time to scrapbook.  Last night I realized that my oldest granddaughter Brianna's birthday is this month.

Brianna loves the color teal or I call it turquoise.  I thought I would make this layout for her.  I hope she likes it.  Of course I had to add one of my favorite things.  You guessed it--a butterfly!

Supplies used:
DCWV La Bella Rouge paper stack
Tags, Bags, Boxes and More cartridge
Rock Princess cartridge
Stampin' Up Scallop Edge corner punch
Turquoise lace trim
rhinestones
Diamond Stickles
Have a blessed day.

Best Friends

Happy Friday!

A few weeks ago on my way to California, I stopped at Wooten's Scrapbook Store and was delighted to come across this adorable "Little Miss" collection by Bo-Bunny.

The store owners had just received this product and it was on their counter waiting to be priced and stocked.  I literally begged them to open the packaging so I could view and buy what I wanted.

This is my BFF Linda.  We have been friends for a lifetime.  We sat and had our picture taken at the Tivoli Village here in Las Vegas.

You can see why I chose this picture for my layout.  The two little girls remind me of Linda and myself.  Remembering when we were younger, sitting and enjoying each others company.

Supplies used:

Bo Bunny "Little Miss" paper and die cuts collection
Hello Kitty Font cartridge
Pearls by Recollections
Celebrate It paper flowers by Michaels

Enjoy the weekend and I invite you to visit again.
