Happy Little Life

I'm back!!

It was great attending the Close To My Heart Convention at the Disneyland Resort, but I'm happy to be back.  This is one of the layouts that we made at convention.

I love, love the title.  It was stamped with the new Handwritten Print Alphabet stamp set.  Also used another new set called Happy Birds for the flowers and bird images.

The paper packs that we used are also new, they are the Chalk It Up and Wanderful packs.  It's not a typo it's Wanderful and not wonderful.

All this product and tons of more new items will be available August 1st when the new catalog premiers.  The new catalog has been changed to an annual catalog with two additional inspiration books later in the year.  I will post more information in a few days.

Thanks for returning to visit my blog.

I've cut up most of the parts for this card.  Hope I can finish them this week.

Here's another card and this one is finished.

HAPPY!

HAPPY MONDAY!

It's great to be back after a week of enjoying all the fun with the kids at Vacation Bible School.  I'm ready to get back to scrapbooking.  This layout is of my two granddaughters during our trip to the Bahamas.

As you can see, both of my granddaughters are feeling "happy."  Wish I could always keep that feeling alive.  I love to be happy but then life happens and sometimes it makes it hard to feel happy.

I think I'll frame this layout, so that I will be reminded to be "happy."  Thanks for coming back to visit.  Stay "happy" and have a wonderful week!

Vacation Bible School

Just stopping by to let you know that this week my church will be having Vacation Bible School (VBS) and I will be busy helping with all the hustle and bustle of this fantastic event.  I won't have time to craft unfortunately and ask for your patience until next week.

Please come back and I promise to share more crafting ideas.

Thanks!

Stampendous cards

Happy Wednesday!

A couple of days ago, I found two stamps on clearance at Hobby Lobby.  I couldn't resist buying these cute images.  The first one is the Boots Kiddo by Stampendous.  A cute little girl wearing her dad's boots.

This one is Skateboard Kiddo.  Both cards will make great cards for children to give their dads.  I plan to have my granddaughters make these cards for their fathers.

Enjoy the rest of your week and be sure to visit again.

Beautiful

Welcome!

When I saw the Ambrosia paper line by BoBunny, I immediately loved it.  The flower print is so bright and pretty.  The double-sided paper has a pretty green print which coordinates perfectly.  The title "Beautiful" was cut with the Lovely Floral cartridge.

The intricate butterfly was a gift from my friend Ginger who loves to recycle.  She cut the butterfly from Kirkland's tissue boxes.  Thanks Ginger, I finally got to use one of the many die cuts you sent me.  She also sent me die cuts from soda cans and a make-up flier.

I used Martha Stewart's scallop shell punch and lots of pretty flowers from my stash.  The picture is of two of my beautiful granddaughters.

Thanks for stopping by today.
