Post It Note Holder

Isn't this beautiful?  The instructions for this Post It Note holder were shared by Sandy Hancock, my Stampin' Up up-line, and you can get directions for it here.  Once you make the holder you can decorate it anyway you want.  The possibilities are endless!  You can even personalize it by adding some one's name.  I think I'll make another one for some one special (mmm ... maybe for me).

Check out the flower on the Post It Note holder.  Here are the instructions for the flower:  

(1) Start with two 2-3/8" scallop circles, score them across in-between each scallop all the way around. 

Here are where the score lines go

(2)  Snip along one of the score lines from the outside into the center. 

Cut a small snip from the outside in

 (3) Accordion fold the flowers along the score lines forming a fan.  

The two fans just before you glue them together.

(4) Now glue the two fans together and add a button, brad, rhinestone or a pearl for the center. 

The final scalloped flower.

You can add these flowers to anything and get a WOW effect!
