Stampin' Up has a Definitely Decorative catalog with a variety of decor elements that can be applied to walls, doors, windows or any other smooth surface.  I purchased the small "Hem Your Blessings" decor element for only $4.95.  Click on the left side image of the Definitely Decorative to see the full catalog.

This particular decor element is sold in three sizes and two different colors, chocolate and lace.  The medium size is $10.95 and the large is $12.95.

The decor element comes with full instructions and a piece of chip board that you can save and use for another project.  The black applicator tool is a separate purchase (#114245 $1.95) or you can use any burnisher or the bone.

Rub the back of the sheet grid-side up, with the applicator tool lightly.  Carefully lift the backing off.

Gently place the image on your desired surface and with the applicator tool rub image starting at the center, working outward.

Carefully peel the transfer sheet off the image at an angle.  After it has been completely transferred you can smooth it out with your hand.
