Sewing Room Journal

Good Friday morning!

Tomorrow is our long awaited Craft Social and I have been working hard getting ready.  One of my craft projects is the journal which I posted the instructions on April 29th.  Last night I worked on a few more using the Tim Holtz Sewing Room die.  The designer paper (DSP) is from the Performance Stack by DCWV.  Oh, this stack has some beautiful sheets.

Angel wings were placed behind the dress form which were cut from the 3 Birds on Parade cartridge. The dress form was cut twice; once with chipboard and then with the same DSP as the journal.  Added tiny pearls and a pink rose to decorate the dress.

I couldn't resist using the Hello Doily stamp by Stampin' Up using Tim Holtz distress ink.  In person it looks really pretty. 

On the inside I cut out the violin and glued it to the inside pocket of the journal.
