Live, Love, Laugh is a motto I try to follow most of the time, but there are times I also cry. On this occasion I felt I had lived, loved and laughed while attending our church's Spring dance.
I used my newest stack of paper from DCWV the Street Lace designer paper (DSP). It's so pretty! I used the interactive technique and placed the Martha Stewart monarch butterfly underneath the flower. The flower was cut from the same DSP and attached with a brad which allows you to move it to see the butterfly underneath it.
Using the Cursive 101 cartridge from Provo Craft the letters for Live, Love, Laugh were cut on black CS. The butterflies are cut out of the same DSP.
I bought the pretty fabric flowers at Scrappin' Time, but I'm not sure who makes them. They added a beautiful touch to my layout. Also added Stickles to the butterflies to make them sparkle.
In these pictures I am surrounded by a wonderful group of ladies that belong to the Marthas & Marys women's club.
Again, I used the interactive technique and added some journaling underneath the flower. The black floral embellishment is by Recollections.
Well I am going to comment on my own layout. I think it came out "terrific!" Let me know what you think.
Thanks for stopping by and as always I hope you come back soon.
Sending you embossed hugs, Erlinda
