"Little Miss" Mini Album-Part I

Hi friends, if you are not familiar with Bo Bunny's "Little Miss" designer paper (DSP) you are missing out on one of the prettiest and cutest paper lines.  I made this mini album this past weekend using the Stack the Deck technique by Laura Denison that you can find @

Today, I am sharing half of my mini album which is made with six envelopes and the binding method that Laura from Follow the Paper Trail shared on the above You Tube video.

Inside each of the envelopes there are two large photo mats.  This one is made with Tim Holtz' Doily edge die.

You can see the edge of the second photo mat which is decorated with a Martha Stewart punch.  Using the Plantin Schoolbook cartridge by Cricut I made the tags and decorated them with the DSP.

More tags here inside a pocket.  A crochet flower was added to each photo mat that pulls out of each envelope.

The paper is so pretty and easy to work with.  Here I made a gate-fold folder.

I loved all of the coordinating stickers and tags.

Hope you can come back tomorrow to see the rest of my mini.  Have a blessed day.

CELEBRATE!

Good morning and happy Wednesday!

This is another page layout from the S-E-I album kit.  As you can see I like using the "punch around the page" punches by Martha Stewart.  I mounted the S-E-I paper on a canvas textured cardstock by Coredinations.  The title "Celebrate" and the mustard and green colored swirls were all cut with the Elegant Cakes Cricut cartridge.

I randomly used rhinestones on these pages.

On one of the photo mats I left an opening for tags.

The S-E-I kit comes with pictures and full instructions which are very helpful, but I've added my own touch to the page layouts.

Hope you come back and visit.

FAMILY

Today I want to share a layout I finished at a crop I attended at my local Michael's.  I used one of Martha Stewart's "punch around the page" punches they had there at the store.  The coordinating corner punch was used on the picture mats.

The paper is from the S-E-I album kit.  I used the Lovely Floral Cricut cartridge to cut the title Family.

I added pearls to the butterflies and the photo mats.  On this layout the fourth layer of paper is a pocket to store extra photos.

Thank you for visiting and may your week be filled with blessings.

HOME

Welcome!

Today I have another S-E-I scrapbook layout.  All the paper is from the kit but I've added a few extras.

"Home" was cut with the Cricut Potpourri Basket cartridge, the large butterfly is by Recollections and all the other butterflies were cut with the new Stampin' Up butterfly punch.  The mats were punched with the corner scallop punch also by Stampin' Up-- one of my favorite punches.

I embossed the picture mats with Sizzix embossing folders.  One is a bird image and the other is the birdcage.

On this page I used lots of rhinestones, butterflies and the Tim Holtz' Elegant Flourishes die.  Oh, and of course pictures of all my family.

I'm looking forward to another weekend of cropping and hope you enjoy some creative time too.

ABC Primer Wall Hanging

Happy Wednesday!

I got the inspiration for this project from a post on Pinterest by Lyn Bernatovich.  It's a wall hanging that you can hang pictures, tags, children's art work or anything you want.

These are the supplies I used:

Graphic 45's ABC Primer paper
ruler
4 clothespins
glue gun

I covered the clothespins with scraps of G45 paper and then glued then to the back of a ruler with holes.  These are some of the adorable images I used from my leftover scraps.

I used red grosgrain ribbon to hold and hang this project.  You need a ruler with holes to pull the ribbon thru.

For this wall hanging I used a red plastic ruler because I could not find the wood ones at first.  Then I found them at Big Lots for only 39 cents apiece.  Guess I'll have to make a few more wall hangings for gifts.

Thanks for visiting and I hope you were inspired.

FAMILY

Hi friends,

I attended a crop at Scrappin' Time this weekend and this is one of the layouts I completed using the S-E-I kit.  The title "family" was cut with the Cricut Potpourri Basket cartridge.

Also added a pretty white doily, the Stampin' Up scallop corner punch and Recollections stickers.

Hope this is the start of a great week for everyone.

MEMORIES

It's TGIF again!

It seems like the weeks are going by so quickly.  I see Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas items for sale in the stores already.  Can't believe Christmas is 4 months away.

This is the second layout from my S-E-I memory book kit.  The paper is from the kit, but on this page I used Stampin' Up's Pennant builder punch to make the banner.  "Memories" was cut with the Cricut Heritage cartridge and the blue doily is Tim Holtz's On the Edge Distressed Doily die which I embellished with pearls.

On this page I also used Tim Holtz tickets and for the photo mats I used a Martha Stewart corner punch.

Thanks for visiting and have a blessed weekend.

BEE HAPPY!

Happy Wednesday!

Last week I had family visiting me from San Antonio, Texas.  I had not seen my cousin Martha and her son Christopher in over 10 years so it was a very nice reunion.  Her dad and his wife also joined her on this visit.

I made this card from the Cricut "Just Because" card cartridge to send them a few of the photos I took of their visit.

Thanks for joining me today.

BEAUTIFUL

Good Monday morning!

First of all I have to apologize for my pictures today.  My camera has a lense that is stuck and I can't get it to open.

Recently, I joined the S-E-I Kit Club and this month's kit includes a beautiful post-bound album and precut accessories for 20 page layouts. It also includes simple and easy to follow instructions.   I hope to scrapbook all
20 pages.

This is my first layout that I completed.  Of course I could not stick to the script and added my own personal touch.  The title "Beautiful" was cut from the Cricut cartridge Lovely Floral.  The pink flower and butterfly are by Recollections.

I copied and typed the verse on this tag, "Life's most Beautiful things are not seen with the Eyes but felt with the heart."

On this page I added a strip of rhinestones on the side.  On the mats I used the Scallop corner punch by Stampin' Up.

Again, please excuse my pictures.  I hope to fix the camera soon.  Thanks for stopping by.

Pretty Pennants

Good Friday morning!

I picked up a new Cricut cartridge called Pretty Pennants and I'm impressed with all the great images.  It contains 50 creative cuts.  A few of my favorites are the chandelier, the spider web and the snowflake.

This design is the Damask--isn't it pretty!!

My daughter wanted to celebrate her co-worker's 30th birthday and made this pretty banner.  Below you can see the birthday girl and how her office was decorated.

Thanks for stopping by and have  great weekend.
